Our 2015 Nissan Murano was leaking water from the passenger / top rear side when raining. We brought it to the Henrietta dealership where we bought the vehicle. Their technician said they could not determine where the leak was coming from and needed to send it to their body shop, where it would take 2-3 days of dismantling the car do determine where the leak was coming from, and would be very expensive. Unhappy with their diagnosis (or lack thereof) we decided to take it to Vision Nissan of Webster and we purposely didn't tell them that we had taken it to another dealership prior for this issue.The service department here was able to diagnose and fix the issue in 2 1/2 hours. Literally saving us thousands of dollars, days w/o the car, and saving our car from being taken apart for no reason whatsoever. Not only did they fix the main issue, but they also fixed the water stain and another minor issue that we pointed out, which both of these issues were ultimately ignored by the other dealership.We were very satisfied with the honesty and competency of their service department and will definitely be back for any other service needs.

I had an oil change and the tires rotated. I dropped off the car and left the keys in a drop box. I was called when it was ready, paid by credit card over the phone, and they left my keys and receipt in the car for me to pick up. Perhaps an overabundance of caution on my part, because I could have gone in, but I have risk factors and I appreciated the option to do it this way. I have ALWAYS had excellent service here!

Very nice staff. One of the members was putting big red balloons on cars as My kids and I waited for my wife to pick us up after dropping the car off for service. He went out of his way to give my two children each a balloon. It made their day. He then had to go get more so he could finish his mission. He could have just minded his own business and did his job quicker, but instead made my kids happy and patiently listened to them ramble on about a rabbit that they spotted.
I got my oil changed in good timing and with excellent service and they always call me to make sure I had no problems or concerns. I’m so grateful that I got my car here and it was a wonderful experience.

I dropped off my truck the night before my service date so I could have my truck back before noon the next day.My truck was ready by 830 am which was great but I was called and reminded that I was going to need an NYS inspection a month later and the inspection was taken care of then.Saved me a trip and that is great.

I leased a new Rogue Sport with the color that I wanted - Scarlet Ember. I test drove the S model but didn’t feel satisfied with it. Danny Vogt worked on the issue and found me a SV with extra tech options, which was EXACTLY what I wanted. On my initial visit I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted so Danny listed out several options. He knew I missed having an onboard Nav System so he showed me a couple of 2017 Rogue Sports with onboard Nav. I ended up being perfectly happy......no - I was ecstatic! Danny worked very hard with me and for me and helped me to realize exactly what it was that I wanted. It was impressive and actually heartwarming to know that there was someone who was looking out for ME and getting me the best deal and car. I know this is selfish, but I’ve leased from Danny for years and I hope he’ll ALWAYS be there!
