Danny and Trent were amazing. they really worked with us. and were honest & good about time bc our baby was with us. we were worried about being haggled or the person trying to take us over budget. and ive had bad experiences with the finance person at dealerships being pushy. but they were so great and tried to give us the best deal and experience they could. My mom goes here and now I know why. I'll def be back for my next car.

Trenton was the absolute best!
I will start out by saying that I was disappointed about the used car I bought from Vision. Two weeks from purchase, the check engine light came on for the knock sensor. And this is on a car that gets low usage. I contacted them and was preparing myself to be ignored, but they actually called me back and I am taking it in to the issue resolved. So a big thanks. I understand that unforeseen things happen, and in those situations that dealers define themselves by how they treat customers

After being cheated out of thousands of dollars by Vision Hyundai of Webster, I was given a 5-year contract for free oil changes as a (VERY SMALL) token apology. . .which the general manager, Rob Cammilleri, pronptly refused to honor. So, it was with great trepidation that I visited Vision Nissan, hoping that they would honor it. And they did!
