It was hard to speak to an actual person to make the appointment but other than that everything was great. I had an inspection, oil change and tire rotation and was done within 1 1/2 hours.

Marcelo was excellent great guy.The rest of guys were great also. The vehicle i purchased went 300 miles and needed to be towed home.called about 30 day 1000 mile warranty nobody wanted to do a thing. So 3000 out of pocket the next day into a car I just bought was a kick in the ass.

My salesperson Molly Falkenstein was wonderful. She was very helpful and was very interested in making sure I was happy with the car. The gentleman trying to sell me the extended warranty could have done better. He had a large tv screen on his desk for me to sign my documents. I could not even see his face when he was talking and he was directing all his communication to my husband. I was the one purchasing and paying for the vehicle and I found this rather rude.

The only difficult part was that I had warned them of the issue I heard about getting the recall done and then the car losing power. I had no issues with the car before the “fix” of the recall. Four days later I was stuck in a parking lot after turtle mode came on and inflated into a parking lot. Got car taken to dealer and was told to stop in for a loaner. I waited half a day the next day only to be told come back the next day. I came back and got one which was great ...

Before arriving at Vision, I had already been through quite the ordeal—West Herr had me running in circles over warranty issues with my Nissan, and one of the last steps was to get a backup key from them. At Vision, the staff get to know you personally. I've been going through chemotherapy, and they've been wonderful to me. Time estimate for repairs are accurate within a 30 minute window. I won't take my car to another dealer.

Just had my 7 year old maxima serviced here. Al the in the service department was a great help getting me in with my car. They gave me a loaner to get to work and I got my car back looking cleaner on the outside than when I brought it in.

Did not buy it from Webster, I bought it on west Henrietta rd. They charged me extra for recertification, sales persons fault , not mentioning in advance, so I could just go to Webster and buy it there where the car was originally, and save $500.
My granddaughter has used this dealership often for body work and mechanical problems. I find them very efficient with repairs. My only complaint is when I call service department I never get anything but an answering machine. Often I have to leave several messages to get a call back. I have never been disappointed with the work itself however. Quite the contrary. Good work done!

Leased a new Sentra S and picked it up on Monday. Danny went over the different features of the car, was friendly and very helpful. Ran into an issue of receiving my registration, but thank goodness Danny stepped in personally and took care of the problem. He eased a lot of frustration. Danny is the best there is. If you visit this dealership ask for him, you won't be sorry. He deserves a BIG RAISE!

This dealership and especially the service department never answers their phone. This makes it very hard to get updates and communicate with insurance.
I will not return for service in Webster. The sales person there was great but, going for service was a different story. I went in for a simple problem and they played with their phones for 45 min and when I talked to the service manager he told me that I was only there 15 min. So no more service in Webster
