I have dealt with this dealership for my last 3 cars with
I have dealt with this dealership for my last 3 cars with one salesperson. I was given several options for a new lease by turning in my current leased car. Well we communicated for me to put down a down payment for a new lease and end my old lease. Trusted the process because this is the way it was done in the past. Well I received a bill on my old lease after all my paperwork was signed on the new lease. Nissan had no idea what it was and said they would handle it. They never returned the phone call and did not correct bill. I do not trust this dealership anymore.

Leased a new Sentra S and picked it up on Monday.
Leased a new Sentra S and picked it up on Monday. Danny went over the different features of the car, was friendly and very helpful. Ran into an issue of receiving my registration, but thank goodness Danny stepped in personally and took care of the problem. He eased a lot of frustration. Danny is the best there is. If you visit this dealership ask for him, you won't be sorry. He deserves a BIG RAISE!

My salesperson Molly Falkenstein was wonderful. She was very helpful and was very interested in making sure I was happy with the car. The gentleman trying to sell me the extended warranty could have done better. He had a large tv screen on his desk for me to sign my documents. I could not even see his face when he was talking and he was directing all his communication to my husband. I was the one purchasing and paying for the vehicle and I found this rather rude.

The user experience, when done right, can make all the difference, and Mike truly delivered. I came into this process carrying the weight of life’s ebbs and flows, obstacles, and hurdles that seemed impossible to overcome. I was at a low point—feeling lied to, defeated, and struggling to find my worth after facing so many challenges. I explained my situation to Mike, and he treated me with compassion, understanding, and respect. This car became more than just a vehicle to me. It’s a reminder that, despite how others perceive me or the hardships I face, I am capable. Even when jobs fail me or circumstances knock me down, I can look at my car and say, I earned this. I have dealt with this dealership for my last 3 cars with
I have dealt with this dealership for my last 3 cars with one salesperson. I was given several options for a new lease by turning in my current leased car. Well we communicated for me to put down a down payment for a new lease and end my old lease. Trusted the process because this is the way it was done in the past. Well I received a bill on my old lease after all my paperwork was signed on the new lease. Nissan had no idea what it was and said they would handle it. They never returned the phone call and did not correct bill. I do not trust this dealership anymore.

Leased a new Sentra S and picked it up on Monday. Danny went over the different features of the car, was friendly and very helpful. Ran into an issue of receiving my registration, but thank goodness Danny stepped in personally and took care of the problem. He eased a lot of frustration. Danny is the best there is. If you visit this dealership ask for him, you won't be sorry. He deserves a BIG RAISE!

My salesperson Molly Falkenstein was wonderful. She was very helpful and was very interested in making sure I was happy with the car. The gentleman trying to sell me the extended warranty could have done better. He had a large tv screen on his desk for me to sign my documents. I could not even see his face when he was talking and he was directing all his communication to my husband. I was the one purchasing and paying for the vehicle and I found this rather rude.

The user experience, when done right, can make all the difference, and Mike truly delivered. I came into this process carrying the weight of life’s ebbs and flows, obstacles, and hurdles that seemed impossible to overcome. I was at a low point—feeling lied to, defeated, and struggling to find my worth after facing so many challenges.
